A soulful weekend spent welcoming these six new initiates into the mystery tradition, into the Brotherhood and Sisterhood of light and into the lineage of King Salomon. A total powerhouse of a group that above all has left me full of hope and feeling so inspired for the future. It was a very special class as it was held in my newly renovated center of light that is opening soon. The paint was literally drying around us so it’s early days and there is still so much of this big creative project to chew on but my word - just wow wow wow. The vision is seeming more tangible than ever - my cup is overflowing 🙏🌟✨

Acknowledging the @modernmysteryschoolint for opening up this profound and steep path of progression that has enabled me to serve in this way, and as always so grateful to ALL my teachers and guides that have helped me find my truth, to repair and and to heal to this point. A very special thanks to @samanthasquirehowe, @clairelovesmagick, @ultrameldj and @empempoodle for giving up their Saturday afternoon to come and support this initiation - such a gorgeous gathering of souls! Too beautiful
Too outspoken
Had too much water in the well (yes, seriously)
Who had a birthmark
Women who were too skilled with herbal medicine
Too loud
Too quiet
Too much red in her hair
Women who had a strong nature connection
Women who danced
Women who sung
or anything else, really.
Sisters testified and turned on each other when their babies were held under ice.
Children were tortured to confess their experiences with “witches” by being fake executed in ovens.
Women were held under water and if they float, they were guilty and executed.
If they sunk and drowned they were innocent.
Women were thrown off cliffs.
Women were put in deep holes in the ground.
The start of this madness was years of famine, war between religions and lots of fear. The churches said that witches, demons and the devil did exist and women were nothing but trouble. As we see even today, there is often a scapegoat created. Everything connected to a women became feared, especially her sexuality. It became labeled as dark and dangerous and was the core of the witch trials through out the world.
Why do I write this?
Because I think the usage of words are important, especially when we are doing the work to pull these murky, repressed and forgotten about stories to the surface. Because knowing our history is important when we are building the new world. When we are doing the healing work of our lineages and as women. To give the women who were slaughtered a voice, to give them redress and a chance of peace.
It was not witches who burned.

𝑴𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒏𝒆. What if we live

𝑴𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒏𝒆.

What if we live with greater equanimity? What if we walk lightly through our experiences and move beyond being so dual and have less hardened opinion and judgements? What if we can let go of that part of our ego that needs for our personalities to be defined by what we are for or against? What if we can start to consume consciously, using every input as medicine, by taking ourselves back to point zero and acknowledging what will serve us best in that moment. A conscious rather than programmed walk.

This way we shake off the labels that create so much separatism and allow ourselves to grow organically rather than remaining stuck in opinions and judgements that served us years ago that we have perhaps evolved past now.

Some contentious examples could be around consuming meat, coffee, media or sex?

An example - I don’t class myself as a vegan or vegetarian or a carnivore. Anymore - I used to be very dual here. I mostly don’t eat meat but every now and then I consume some consciously as medicine. Perhaps I’ve been doing very high energy work all weekend and need to ground. Perhaps I’ve joined a celebration and some meat has been lovingly prepared and I decide to honour the moment as an exception to my usual diet. I may be eating more plants than ever honoring the medicine that my body needs in that moment and by living with greater equanimity can tune into when it desires something different. Perhaps I am not for or against my child watching tv but consciously choose those moments for my children to sit in front of the tv to give them some down time. Perhaps I don’t wear make up daily but then sometimes it’s exactly what I need for a lift. I don’t drink caffeine but then I do when my tummy is feeling sluggish. Mmm, what are the other things I see us judging... Netflix. When I watch it, I do so not to numb out but to laugh. To learn. I choose to make love and enjoy sex not because it’s been a few days, but because my desire is growing. I may not usually wear pink, but I’m listening and notice that today that is what my soul desires. Tomorrow it may be bright red lipstick that best expresses my essence.

Hello guys. Please don’t be offended that I haven’t called you beloved’s, Love’s or Gods and Goddesses. You are all those things but in taking some much need rest, reflection and time to just have more fun over these past few weeks I’ve found myself becoming even more conflicted by my participation passively or actively on social platforms, with more than ever not wanting to talk only to be heard or to make noise only to be seen but rather to be true, of value and to share from my soul. Expression of this nature is a journey and not a destination. All I can say is that the more I learn about myself, the more I realize how little I know of myself.

But actually, the reason I’m here today is that I did feel divinely inspired to share something - something I don’t expect many to understand. But I know some will and I trust it will land where it sparks.

In contemplating what I am today I sat for a while thinking that while I am a mother, a woman, a temple, a teacher, a healer, a guide. That I am also Spirit. And while so much of my motivation comes from wanting to serve others, to have held and created space for the rising of humanity, even if in the smallest circle around me, by contemplating that I am Spirit today, I was re-minded that I am also here to serve mySelf. Here for expansion and experience. Yes, we are all one and as we serve another we serve ourselves. But there is a nuance here. A key. What I speak of is better felt than intellectualized as the concept is an obvious one. But maybe for that A type personally out there reading this, that soul so motivated and desiring to serve their purpose, to reach the very highest of their earth walk - just remember too that you are Spirit. An eternal flame of consciousness seeking further expression. Consciousness superseding any constructs, judgements or paths. You are also here for you.

YOU ARE THE KEY. You are the key to everything.

Unlock yourself. Empower yourself. Unfuck yourself. Unravel yourself. Know yourself. Nourish yourself. And watch how everything around you blooms.

I’ve found myself talking a lot about foundation

I’ve found myself talking a lot about foundation and self-love over this past weeks to my clients. It’s been a definite theme and a grand mirror 😉

We can manifest without limitation and grow in our multi-dimensional Selves as much as is the strength of our foundation of self-love. PLEASE READ THAT AGAIN.

Want to know who you are without limits? Want to do it all? Be it all. Live life to your greatest potential. You can! And your success with this will be as deep as the foundation you stand on. You see when we cannot balance what we put out with what we take in, we eventually burn out and start trying to create and manifest from a depleted energy source. When our wells are empty it is very difficult to be bad-ass in the way we create. Our efforts become lack luster and our perspective becomes distorted with resentment, negativity, fear and exhaustion. But those people who just keep on manifesting greater and greater potential are looking after themselves. Their output is consistently grand because what they are feeding their “wells” (their souls with) truly sustains them. Of course this is not the only key, but it is a vital one. You cannot make magic from an empty well. The bigger your dreams, the stronger your boundaries need to be, the firmer your no thank yous, the deeper your surrender, the stronger your discipline, the more extravagant your rest. It helps if you’re truly committed to knowing who you are too as then your efforts towards loving yourself will be the difference between hard work and smart work as you’ll be clearer on what serves you and what doesn’t 😉

As many of us are drawing closer to a period of rest over the festive season I challenge you to be as exact in what your soul requires over this period as you are with your goals and dreams of what you want to manifest in the new year. AND, for every goal and dream you have in terms of what you want to create, match it with a resolution of how you can better love yourself.

This is a reminder to be gentle with yourself and to allow. The brightest stars are born from chaos and sometimes growth is cataclysmic. A client asked me recently what it really meant to surrender. I looked her straight in the eyes, like a deep soul stare, so we could both hear it well and told her that I don’t know how one truly surrenders without a connection to the divine and to the deepest truth of who we are. This weekend I had the great honour and privilege of bringing 40 souls together for a deep healing evening with Quan Yin, the Goddess of compassion and wisdom, followed by a profound 2 day workshop with a Galactic Activation all taught by the lovely Rita. 🙏✨👑 I have three words to share about this experience:
Connection - to our heritage, to our source, to one another.
Expansion - we are so much more than we can even begin to imagine.
Healing - Every single being on this planet is here for a process called “Tikkun” which means to repair. We broke from source to grow and we are here to expand and connect and through this find our way home by healing the fragmentation that has allowed this opportunity for expansion in the first place.

The squishiest, most intense galactic bundle of joy turned three yesterday. Kojo, you are an enigma my boy. You have taught us all so much already about allowing, accepting and most of all being yourself. Because truly I’ve never met a human more disinterested in pleasing others than you. You are so aligned to your own truth already! I’ve had major catch up to play but I think I’m getting the hang of it 😉 You make us laugh every single day. You’re as tough as nails but an endless source of cuddles of love. And while we have such a fiery relationship I so often feel I’ve never been gazed upon with such deep love from another soul as you. Every day you push me to be a better mom and person. Keep shining little Emperor. Your whole family are right behind you with stars in their eyes 🤩🌟✨
