Why is meditation important?
We have everything that we need within us. True healing is not about developing co-dependancies and crutches on things external to us. It is about recognising and trusting the divinity within, and in doing so connecting with the divinity all around us. It is about learning to go within and find the answers, rather than constantly giving away our power to find the answers outside. Meditation is therefore key in quietening the mind, so that we can hear our souls speak, so that we can connect with our true essence within.
Every 15 minutes of meditation a day will transform your life. And with meditation, the simpler the better.
How can I help?
I run weekly meditation sessions using a profoundly simple meditation technique called the Max Meditation System TM. Whether you are new to meditation or an advanced meditator, this unique method will produce deep renewal, healing and relaxation. It uses breathing, deep-body relaxation, as well as passive, active and guided meditation.
This is a wonderful tool to bring into the corporate environment too.
